Website and purchase terms
AAM Store Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 20 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of aamstore.com.ng and purchases from AAM Store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected misuse. Email verification may be required before sign-in. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
3. Products, availability and pricing
We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate, but minor colour or packaging differences may occur. Local-stock and supplier-listed products have different availability and delivery estimates, which are displayed before purchase. We may correct clear errors or cancel an unavailable item and will explain the available remedy.
4. Orders and payments
Submitting an order creates a request to purchase. Payment is processed through Paystack and an order is treated as paid only after server-side confirmation. Never send us a card PIN, CVV or complete card number. We may contact you to resolve suspected fraud, stock discrepancies or payment errors.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supplier, customs, courier or destination conditions. Check the item and delivery details supplied at checkout. Risk and responsibility transfer as provided by applicable consumer law and the confirmed delivery arrangement.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly before returning an item. Eligibility depends on the item, its condition, the reason for return and applicable consumer law. A cancellation or return request does not by itself confirm that a refund has been completed. See Returns & Refunds or contact support for the arrangement that applies to your order.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person, or use the service for fraudulent activity. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or legal compliance.
8. Intellectual property and external services
The AAM Store name, site design and original content belong to AAM Store or its licensors. Product marks belong to their respective owners. The site links to services such as Paystack, Google, Meta and social-sharing platforms, whose separate terms apply to their services.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AAM Store is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages or events beyond reasonable control. Our responsibility for a purchase remains subject to applicable Nigerian consumer law.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will show the effective date below. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Send questions to [email protected] or visit our contact page.
